Role Overview

The Scheduling Manager II oversees scheduling processes and personnel across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards. This role is responsible for leading several functions on multiple large and complex construction projects, including the development and management of the project schedule, advanced schedule analysis, data verification and reporting, resource planning, and collaboration with project teams to address scheduling challenges.

What You Will Do

The Scheduling Manager II will oversee scheduling processes and personnel across multiple projects, manage and oversee the development of complex, resource-loaded baseline schedules for large projects, perform periodic schedule updates for mega sized projects, provide mentorship and leadership to schedulers, conduct high-level reviews of project schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling support on complex projects.

Requirements

  • Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) designation
