The Scheduling Specialist serves as the face of their clinic for clients and their families, supporting the clinical team by flexibly serving multiple functions at the clinic, including scheduling, communication, and facilities support.

Requirements

  • Scheduling experience in a medical or therapeutic setting
  • Administrative or customer service experience
  • High school graduate/GED equivalent
  • One year of experience working with clients and/or families
  • Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules and regulations
