Role Overview

As a Scheduling Specialist, you will provide services to patients and referring professionals by answering phones, managing faxes, and scheduling appointments. This is a full-time position working 11:30am to 8:00pm with a rotational Saturday.

What You Will Do

Answer phones, handle calls, schedule patient examinations, maintain patient data, and communicate with technologists. Handle overflow calls for other centers and provide backup coverage for front office team members.

We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma, Microsoft Office Suite experience, and proficiency in using computer systems and typing. Preferred qualifications include one year of customer service experience, medical terminology, and previous clinical business office experience.
