Role Overview

As a Scheduling Support Specialist, you'll be the maestro of our interpretation operations, coordinating interpreters across multiple locations, and ensuring our clients receive top-quality language services. This fast-paced, dynamic role is crucial to ensuring our interpretation appointments are well-coordinated.

What You Will Do

Oversee and manage our calendaring scheduling system for interpretation, perform follow-up, reporting, and documenting measures, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and interpreters.
