Role OverviewWe are hiring School-Age Childcare Assistants for our Before and After School Programs at William B. Tecler Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. The successful candidate will work with children and help them learn through play and positive experiences. The role involves facilitating hands-on activities, providing a safe and healthy environment, and supporting program operations.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
