Role OverviewWe are hiring School-Age Childcare Assistants for our Before and After School Programs at R.J. McNulty Academy. The ideal candidate will love working with kids, be energetic, kind, and patient, and enjoy encouraging children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence. This is a part-time, non-exempt position that follows the school calendar.
What You Will Do
As a Childcare Assistant, you will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and fun environment, and act as a positive role model for children in the program. You will also observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.

Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
- Required health clearance, including TB screening
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
