Role OverviewThis part-time position is responsible for facilitating hands-on activities, providing a safe and healthy environment, and acting as a positive role model for children in the program. The ideal candidate demonstrates a positive, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills when working with children, families, and colleagues.

Facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children in the program. Certain positions may also perform management functions such as accurate attendance records, registration, and staffing.

Requirements
- High School Diploma and/or 1 year of childcare experience preferred but not required
- Ability to meet physical demands, including bending, stretching, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work with children, families, and colleagues
- Ability to meet state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies
