Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Program at Oaklyn Public School for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate loves working with kids, is energetic, kind, and patient, and enjoys encouraging children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
What You Will Do
Facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and fun environment, observe state guidelines and policies, and support program operations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma and/or 1 year of childcare experience preferred but not required
- Successfully pass all required state background checks
- Ability to meet physical demands, including bending, stretching, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds
