Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Program at Dixie Elementary School location. The successful candidate will work with children aged 5-12, providing care and support during the school day. This is a part-time, non-exempt position with opportunities for morning, afternoon, or both programs.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities will include providing exceptional care to school-age children, engaging them in play and positive experiences, and working well with teammates and communicating effectively with families.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13.
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB.
- Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat.
- Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children.
