Role OverviewThis position is for a School-Age Childcare Assistant to work with children in the Before and After School Program at Winchester Trail Elementary School. The assistant will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe environment, and act as a positive role model for children. The position is part-time, non-exempt, and follows the school calendar.

Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
- Required health clearance, including TB screening
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
