Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Program at Monroeville Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. The successful candidate will work with kids, helping them learn through play and positive experiences. The role involves facilitating hands-on activities, providing a safe and healthy environment, and acting as a positive role model for children in the program.
What You Will Do
The School-Age Childcare Assistant will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children in the program. They will also support program operations, which may include attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.

Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
