Role OverviewHealthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Programs at Horace W. Porter School for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate will love working with kids, be energetic, kind, and patient, and enjoy encouraging children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
What You Will Do
Facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children in the program. You will also support program operations, observe state guidelines, and host school policies.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
