Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Program at Cape May City Elementary School. The ideal candidate loves working with children and helping them learn through play and positive experiences. They will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and support program operations.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and support program operations. They will also observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.

Requirements
- High School Diploma and/or 1 year of childcare experience preferred but not required
- Candidates must successfully pass all required state background checks
- Ability to meet physical demands, including bending, stretching, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds
