Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Program at Zane North Elementary School. The ideal candidate loves working with children and helping them learn through play and positive experiences. They will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children in the program.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, provide a safe and healthy environment, and support program operations. They will also observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.

Requirements
- High School Diploma and/or 1 year of childcare experience preferred but not required
- Ability to meet physical demands, including bending, stretching, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass all required state background checks
