Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Program at Winchester Trail Elementary School. The successful candidate will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children in the program.

The position involves facilitating hands-on activities, observing state guidelines, and supporting program operations. You will also be responsible for attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
