Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant Site Director for our Before and After School Programs at our Marian E. McKeown Elementary School location. The successful candidate will work with children, helping them learn through play and positive experiences. The role involves working well with teammates and communicating effectively with families.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities and outcomes include ensuring kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day, and the program reflects Healthy Kids Programs' model. The site is fully staffed every day, and teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Knowledge of state childcare licensing or school-age care regulations helpful but not required
