Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Lead for our Before and After School Program at Park Elementary School. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a passion for creating a safe, healthy, and fun environment. As a lead, you will facilitate hands-on activities, provide support to program operations, and act as a positive role model for children in the program.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include facilitating hands-on activities, providing a safe and healthy environment, observing state guidelines and program policies, and supporting program operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field
- 30 credit hours in the above fields plus 1 year of relevant experience
- Associate's degree in the above fields plus 2 years of relevant experience
- Associate's degree including 30 credit hours in the above fields plus 3 years of relevant experience
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials plus 2 years of relevant experience
