Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Lead for our Before and After School Program at Columbia Middle School Taylor Campus. The successful candidate will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and support program operations.

The School-Age Childcare Lead will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and support program operations. They will also observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field
- Associate's degree in the above fields plus 2 years of relevant experience
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials plus 2 years of relevant experience
- 18 years of age
- Must pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks
- Must be medically fit to perform job duties which includes a clear TB
- Warm, friendly, professional, and reliable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
