Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Lead Teacher for our After School Program at Wells Memorial School. The ideal candidate loves working with children and helping them learn through play and positive experiences. They will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and support program operations.

The successful candidate will facilitate hands-on activities, observe state guidelines, and support program operations. They will also provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment for children in the program.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
