Role Overview

The School-Age Childcare Multi-Site Director will oversee after school programs across three Vermont locations, ensuring high-quality programming, regulatory compliance, and smooth daily operations. This is a hybrid leadership + hands-on role, meaning you will both support Site Directors and staff and regularly work directly with children to maintain required staffing ratios.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for ensuring engaging programming, maintaining safe and inclusive environments, supporting corrective action plans, and maintaining licensing readiness. You will also work directly with children to maintain required staff-to-child ratios across assigned sites.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least twelve months of direct work experience with school-age children
  • Vermont On-the-Job Training Certificate
  • Vermont Afterschool Professional Credential
  • Vermont Program Director Credential
  • Vermont Teacher Licensure
  • Master's degree in a youth-related field
