Role OverviewAs a Site Director-level leadership position, you will provide leadership, support site teams, maintain program quality and compliance, and ensure safe, engaging environments for children and families in a Vermont DCF licensed school-age childcare and before/after school program setting.

You will lead school-based programs, directly impact program quality and success, support engaging after school programming for school-age children, and maintain safe, inclusive, and structured environments.

Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Ability to meet Vermont DCF school-age program leadership requirements
- Must also meet ONE of the following:
- 10+ months experience in school-age childcare or youth programming
- Vermont Afterschool Professional Credential
- Vermont Program Director Credential
- Vermont Teacher Licensure
- Vermont On-the-Job Training Certificate
- Master’s degree in a youth-related field
