What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include program compliance, program leadership, program management, family communication, and team collaboration. You will work closely with your direct supervisor and team to share updates, solve problems proactively, and maintain a positive and supportive program culture.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Some experience managing or mentoring staff
- Experience working directly with school building staff a plus
- Familiarity with state childcare or school-age licensing requirements a plus
- Must pass a full background check including fingerprinting and reference checks
