Role OverviewThe Site Director leads the daily operations of the site by creating a safe, engaging program that children love and families trust. You'll support and coach your team, build strong relationships with families and school partners, and ensure the program meets Healthy Kids Programs' quality standards and all licensing requirements.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or early childhood coursework preferred
- 1–3 years of experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, or youth program setting
- Some experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred
- Familiarity with before- and after-school program environments a plus
- Knowledge of state childcare licensing or school-age care regulations helpful but not required
- Calm, flexible, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment
- Able to pass required background and fingerprint clearances
