What You Will Do
The School Age Childcare Site Director will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and support program operations. This includes facilitating the Healthy Kids Curriculum, observing state guidelines and policies, and supporting program operations.

Requirements
- Associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Two years of college with 18 credits in a related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- NY State Children’s Program Administrator Credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- School-Age Child Care Credential or equivalent office-recognized credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
