Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our After School Program at Oxmoor Valley Elementary School. The ideal candidate loves working with kids, is energetic and kind, and enjoys encouraging children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence. This part-time, non-exempt position follows the school calendar and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of experience working with children, and some experience in a lead or supervisory role.
What You Will Do
As a School-Age Childcare Site Director, you will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children in the program. You will also support program operations, including attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
