Role OverviewThe School-Age Childcare Site Director will lead the Before and After School Program at Park Elementary School, ensuring full compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations, maintaining child and staff files, and keeping the program organized and audit-ready. The Site Director will lead engaging activities, actively supervise children and staff, and maintain safe staff-to-child ratios and strong behavior management.
What You Will Do
The Site Director will oversee daily attendance, registration, and scheduling, serve as liaison between families, school administration, and the Healthy Kids main office, and communicate clearly and professionally using the Playground App.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
- Bachelor's Degree including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13.
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 3 years of experience working with children under 13.
- Associate's Degree including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 4 years of experience working with children under 13.
