Role Overview

This on-site leadership role is responsible for day-to-day program quality, staff supervision, and Pennsylvania DHS/OCDEL compliance, while working under the guidance of a Regional Director. The Site Director will oversee our Before and After School Program for the 2026–2027 school year.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include regulatory and licensing leadership, program and staff leadership, and operations and communication. The Site Director will ensure full compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations, maintain child and staff files, and lead engaging activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
  • Bachelor's Degree including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13.
  • Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 3 years of experience working with children under 13.
  • Associate's Degree including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 4 years of experience working with children under 13.
  • Must pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks
  • Must be medically fit to perform job duties which includes a clear TB.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
