Role Overview

We are hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Program at Park Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. The Site Director will lead engaging activities, supervise children and staff, and maintain safe staff-to-child ratios. The Site Director will also oversee daily attendance, registration, and scheduling, and serve as a liaison between families, school administration, and the Healthy Kids main office.

What You Will Do

The Site Director will ensure full compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations, maintain child and staff files, attendance records, and required documentation onsite, and keep the program organized and audit-ready. They will also lead engaging activities, actively supervise children and staff, and maintain safe staff-to-child ratios.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 1 year of experience working with children under 13
  • Bachelor's Degree including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13
  • Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 3 years of experience working with children under 13
  • Associate's Degree including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 4 years of experience working with children under 13
