Role OverviewHealthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Program at Park Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. The Site Director will lead engaging activities, supervise children and staff, and maintain a safe and organized environment.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include regulatory and licensing leadership, program and staff leadership, and operations and communication. The Site Director will ensure compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations, lead activities, and oversee daily attendance and registration.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 1 year of experience working with children under 13
- Bachelor's Degree including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 3 years of experience working with children under 13
- Associate's Degree including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 4 years of experience working with children under 13
