School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor - After School

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Site Supervisors for our After School Programs in New Hampshire. The role involves facilitating hands-on activities, providing a safe and healthy environment, and acting as a positive role model for children. The position is part-time, non-exempt, and follows the school calendar.

What You Will Do

Facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children. Observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies. Support program operations, including attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or its equivalent; and two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• A School-age Child Care Credential or other Office recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period, and one year of experience working with children less than 13 years of age.
• Associate’s degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field.
• Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
