Role OverviewThe School Age Childcare Site Supervisor – After School will be responsible for leading the After School Program at Lee F. Jackson Elementary School in White Plains, NY. The successful candidate will have experience working with children and will be able to provide exceptional care while encouraging children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
What You Will Do
The Site Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the After School Program, ensuring that children are engaged, safe, and having fun every day. They will also be responsible for staffing, compliance, and inventory management.

Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent with two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age
- School-age Child Care Credential or other Office recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period, and one year of experience working with children less than 13 years of age
- Associate's degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field
- Pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks
- Be medically fit to perform job duties which includes a clear TB
- Be physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
