Role OverviewThis part-time, non-exempt position is responsible for supervising the After School Program at Lee F. Jackson Elementary School in White Plains, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the program's quality, staffing, compliance, and inventory. They will work with a team to provide exceptional care to school-age children (ages 5-12) and enjoy a schedule that aligns with the school day.
What You Will Do
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing the program's daily operations, ensuring the children's engagement and safety, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be responsible for communicating effectively with families and working well with teammates.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or its equivalent; and two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age.
- A School-age Child Care Credential or other Office recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period, and one year of experience working with children less than 13 years of age.
- Associate's degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field.
- Must pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks
- Must be medically fit to perform job duties which includes a clear TB.
