Role OverviewWe are hiring a School Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our After School Program at Wells Memorial School for the 2026–2027 school year. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating hands-on activities, providing a safe and healthy environment, and acting as a positive role model for children in the program.
What You Will Do
The Site Supervisor will facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, provide a safe and healthy environment, and support program operations.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or its equivalent; and two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age
- A School-age Child Care Credential or other Office recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period, and one year of experience working with children less than 13 years of age
- Associate’s degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
