Role OverviewThe School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor will be responsible for facilitating hands-on activities, providing a safe and healthy environment, and acting as a positive role model for children in the program. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of direct experience working with children, or a School-age Child Care Credential and one year of experience.

Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age
- School-age Child Care Credential or other Office recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period, and one year of experience working with children less than 13 years of age
- Associate's degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field
- Health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
