Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our After School Program at Pierce Elementary School. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a positive attitude. The role involves facilitating hands-on activities, providing a safe and healthy environment, and supporting program operations.
What You Will Do
Facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and support program operations. Observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or its equivalent; and two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age.
- A School-age Child Care Credential or other Office recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period, and one year of experience working with children less than 13 years of age.
- Associate’s degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field.
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
