Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our After School Program at Fort Montgomery Elementary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to school-age children, working well with teammates, and communicating effectively with families. The role is well-suited for parents, education majors, or retirees who enjoy staying active and mentoring children.
What You Will Do
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the program is engaging, safe, and fun for kids every day. You will also be responsible for staffing, compliance, and inventory management. You will work closely with teachers to ensure they are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13
- required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability
- physical ability to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
