Role OverviewThe School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children in the program. The role involves observing state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies. The supervisor will also support program operations, including attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor include facilitating hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, providing a safe and healthy environment, and observing state guidelines and program policies. The supervisor will also support program operations and provide exceptional care to children in the program.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or its equivalent; and two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age.
- A School-age Child Care Credential or other Office recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period, and one year of experience working with children less than 13 years of age.
- Associate’s degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field.
