Role OverviewThis part-time position is responsible for supervising the After School Program at Wells Memorial School. The Site Supervisor will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and support program operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, a positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.

The Site Supervisor will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and support program operations. They will also observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age
- School-age Child Care Credential or other Office recognized credential with one year of experience working with children less than 13 years of age
- Associate's degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
