Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our After School Program at Antrim Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. The successful candidate will work with children and help them learn through play and positive experiences. The role involves facilitating hands-on activities, providing a safe and healthy environment, and supporting program operations.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or its equivalent; and two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age.
- A School-age Child Care Credential or other Office recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period, and one year of experience working with children less than 13 years of age.
- Associate’s degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field.
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
