Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our After School Program at Fort Montgomery Elementary School location for the 2026–2027 school year. The successful candidate will work with children and help them learn through play and positive experiences. The role involves working with teammates, communicating with families, and providing exceptional care.

The main day-to-day responsibilities and outcomes include ensuring kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day, maintaining a fully staffed site every day, and operating in compliance with state regulations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13
- required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
