School Age Childcare Site Supervisor – Before & After School

We are seeking a School Age Childcare Site Supervisor to work with our Before and After School Program at Marie Curie Institute. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, be able to facilitate hands-on activities, and provide a safe and healthy environment for the children.

What You Will Do

The Site Supervisor will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for the children. They will also support program operations, including attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or its equivalent and two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age
• A School-age Child Care Credential or other Office recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period, and one year of experience working with children less than 13 years of age
• Associate's degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field
• Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
