Role OverviewThe School Age Childcare Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the after-school program at Netherwood Elementary School. The supervisor will work with a team to provide a safe, structured, and engaging environment for children aged 5-12. The role requires a strong ability to work with children, communicate effectively with families, and maintain a high level of organization and reliability.
What You Will Do
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the program is operating in ratio, maintaining accurate records, and being prepared for inspections. They will also be responsible for inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring the site is well-stocked with necessary materials.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat
- Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children
