Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our Before and After School Program at our East Coldenham Elementary School location for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate loves working with kids, is energetic, kind, and patient, and enjoys encouraging children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence. This position is part-time, non-exempt, and follows the school calendar.
What You Will Do
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the program is engaging, safe, and fun every day, and that the site is fully staffed every day. They will also be responsible for maintaining compliance, inventory, and program quality.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
