Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our Before and After School Program at Netherwood Elementary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to school-age children, working well with teammates, and communicating effectively with families. This is a part-time, non-exempt position that follows the school calendar.
What You Will Do
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the program is engaging, safe, and fun for kids, and that the site is fully staffed and compliant with regulations. They will also be responsible for inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13
- required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
