Role OverviewThis position is for a School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor to work with children in the Before and After School Program at Netherwood Elementary School. The supervisor will be responsible for providing exceptional care, encouraging children's curiosity and creativity, and working well with teammates and communicating effectively with families. The position is part-time, non-exempt, and follows the school calendar.
What You Will Do
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the program is safe, structured, and engaging every day, with a focus on Healthy Kids Programs' model and families consistently choosing to re-enroll. The supervisor will also be responsible for staffing, compliance, inventory, and ensuring the site is well-stocked with supplies and materials.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
