Role OverviewWe are hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our Before and After School Program at our East Coldenham Elementary School location for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and enjoy helping them learn through play and positive experiences. The role involves working with a team to provide exceptional care to children aged 5–12.
What You Will Do
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the program is engaging, safe, and fun for the children. You will also be responsible for staffing, compliance, and inventory management. The position requires a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and professionalism.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
