Role OverviewWe are hiring a School Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our After School Program at Netherwood Elementary School in Hyde Park, NY. The successful candidate will work with children aged 5-12, providing care and support during the school day. The role requires a warm and friendly demeanor, exceptional people skills, and the ability to work well with teammates and families.
What You Will Do
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the program is safe, engaging, and fun for the children, while also maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations. They will also be responsible for stocking supplies and materials, and ensuring the site is well-stocked and ready for inspection.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat
- Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children
