School Age Childcare Site Supervisor

We are hiring School Age Childcare Site Supervisors for our After School Programs in New Hampshire. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for facilitating hands-on activities, providing a safe and healthy environment, and acting as a positive role model for children in the program. You will also support program operations, including attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include facilitating hands-on activities, providing a safe and healthy environment, and supporting program operations. You will also be responsible for observing state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or its equivalent; and two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• A School-age Child Care Credential or other Office recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period, and one year of experience working with children less than 13 years of age.
• Associate’s degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field.
• Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
