Role OverviewWe are hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our After School Program at Los Ninos and Sierra Vista Elementary Schools for the 2026–2027 school year. This position is well-suited for parents, education majors, and retirees who enjoy working with children and giving back to the community.
What You Will Do
Facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and fun environment, and act as a positive role model for children in the program. You will also support program operations, including attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or GED
- Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat
- Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children
