Role OverviewWe are hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our Before and After School Program at Contoocook Valley School District. The ideal candidate loves working with kids, is energetic, kind, and patient, and enjoys encouraging children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence. This part-time position follows the school calendar and offers opportunities for morning, afternoon, or both programs.
What You Will Do
As a School-Age Childcare Staff, you will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children in the program. You will also observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies, and support program operations.

Requirements
- 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children
